• Studio booking confirmed only upon receipt of minimum 50% advance payment.
• Balance payment must be cleared before shoot wrap-up or pack-up.
• Booking valid only for confirmed dates & hours.
• GST applicable as per government norms.
• Policy applicable for all approved production activities listed above.
• Booking hours include setup and dismantling.
• Overtime charged hourly beyond agreed schedule.
• Early access or late pack-up without approval not permitted.
• Client responsible for damage to White Cyclorama, Green Screen, House Sets, Lawn & Garden
Area, Outdoor Structures, Flooring, Walls, Props & Furniture.
• Repair or repainting charged at actual cost.
• No drilling, nailing, painting, or structural modification without written approval.
• High-power lighting must be informed in advance.
• Electrical overloading strictly prohibited.
• Generator usage requires prior approval.
• Electrical damage due to negligence borne by Client.
• Studio equipment must be inspected before use.
• Loss or damage due to mishandling charged at replacement value.
• External rental equipment safety remains Client responsibility.
• Studio not liable for loss/theft of client-owned equipment.
• Smoke machines, artificial rain, fire elements, pyrotechnics and explosive materials prohibited
without prior written approval.
• Fire extinguishers mandatory if effects approved.
• Equipment Insurance recommended.
• Crew Insurance recommended.
• Public Liability Insurance recommended.
• Studio not responsible for injury or property damage during shoot
• Client indemnifies Studio against crew injury claims.
• Third-party claims.
• Copyright or content disputes.
• Equipment damage.
• Government penalties.
• All legal costs borne by Client.
• Studio not responsible for script legality.
• Copyright violations.
• Political misuse.
• Defamation issues.
• All legal compliance rests solely with Client.
• 72 hours prior: Partial refund (subject to deduction).
• 24 hours prior: No refund.
• Date change subject to availability.
• Studio not liable for cancellation due to government orders, law & order situation, natural
disasters or power failure beyond control.
• Studio’s total liability limited to total booking amount paid.
• All disputes subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction only.
