• Failure to obtain required licenses may result in immediate event termination without refund.

• Age verification responsibility lies with Client.
• Alcohol-related incidents are client liability.
• Studio reserves right to stop event in case of violation.
• DJ / Live sound must follow legal sound limits.
• Time restrictions strictly applicable.
• Noise penalties by authorities shall be borne by Client.
• Fireworks, spark machines, open flames and gas-based stage effects strictly prohibited without
written approval.
• If permitted: Fire extinguishers mandatory and safety personnel required.
• Licensed security guards mandatory.
• Entry & exit barricading required.
• Crowd flow management responsibility of Client.
• VIP security (if required).
• Studio may stop event if safety risk arises.
• On-ground police presence must be arranged if required by authorities.
• All related fees borne by Client.
• Ambulance on standby mandatory.
• Certified Doctor / Paramedic required.
• First Aid Desk compulsory.
• Emergency evacuation plan required.
• Studio not liable for medical emergencies.
• Public Liability Insurance required.
• Third-Party Liability Coverage required.
• Fire & Property Damage Insurance required.
• Without valid insurance, booking may be cancelled.
• Client indemnifies Pinhole Studio Pvt Ltd against injury or death claims.
• Crowd stampede liability.
• Fire damage.
• Alcohol disputes.
• Police action and government penalties.
• Public complaints.
• All legal costs and compensation borne by Client.
• Client responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, crowd or stage setup.
• Repair cost recovered at actuals.
• Studio not liable for cancellation due to government restrictions, law & order situation or natural
calamity.
• Studio’s maximum liability limited to total booking amount paid.
• All disputes subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction only.
