Booking Terms
Any damage caused during the booking period will be the sole responsibility of the booking party, who must compensate for repair/replacement costs and loss of revenue due to downtime.
The studio is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by negligence, misuse, or external crew/equipment brought in by the client.
While acoustically treated, rare external noise disturbances (e.g., traffic, construction, weather) may occur. The studio is not liable for such uncontrollable factors.
Sets may be customized, but must be restored to original condition by 7:00 AM the following day or before the next shoot. Reset charges will apply if this is not honored.
It is the booking party’s responsibility to secure adequate insurance coverage for crew, cast, equipment, and production activities. The studio does not provide external insurance.
All booking parties must comply with safety, fire, and legal regulations. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination without refund.
Late payments are subject to 2% weekly interest, and the studio reserves the right to suspend or deny future bookings until dues are cleared.
